Lovely cobblestone neighbourhood, with a charming old-world feel in the heart of vibrant Neukölln. 5 minutes walking to Böhmischer Platz, Richardplatz (incl. it's famous Christmas market), the Comenius-Garten orchard, boutique bakeries, restaurants, cafés, live music, ice cream, art galleries, children's theatre, all within 5 minutes on foot. 2 mins to train/bus, 25 minutes to Berlin Brandenburg airport with train or taxi.

This is a quiet, family building with only 15 apartments (mostly owner-occupied) and a wonderful sense of community. Excellent sound insulation in this new-build means you are completely undisturbed by noise from street level, and neighbours within the building cannot hear each other at all, including if you wish to play a loud musical instrument at home (we are musicians and can practice at any time of day without being heard). We took the apartment over partly furnished and equipped with fixtures that are not included in the rental contract, and we are now looking for someone who would like to do the same. The total cost for furniture and fixtures is 2750 (value new is 4500) and this includes

2750 is the minimum offer we will consider.

Optionally you can also keep the piano for 800 euros, but this is not mandatory, it can also be removed.
