The apartment is on a second floor, it has two bedrooms and a 20 m2 living room. It's really close to HTW and local amenities. It's perfect for one single professional or a couple. We are looking for someone to take the flat at least until November. Anmeldung is possible but only for 1 other individual, as I would still be the legal renter. There is an equipped kitchen with all the appliances and a dining table with chairs. There is an authentic japanese futon mattress with a bamboo mat in one of the bedrooms. In the living room, there is a desk. If you don't want the furniture, that can be arranged too.
The location is very quiet, very residential but close to transportation. There are trams and buses 5 minutes away and the Schoneweide S bahn is 15 minutes away. There's a large Edeka at the end of the road, a Lidl nearby and various restaurants and convenience stores just around the corner.
I'm giving preference to someone who would only want to stay until November. I don't speak german and thus would prefer to rent the flat to a non-german. I'm looking for someone I can trust since it's an informal letting. Please write a bit about yourself and whether my conditions suit you.
