FOR 1 PERSON + only between November and February: Minimalistic 2,5-room apartment @ Florakiez, Pankow (1.11.23 - 9.2.24)

We sublet our furnished, rather minimalistic apartment (to one single (as in 1) person). The flat is fully furnished, including a dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub, and shower.

The apartment is very close to Florastraße. We will share the exact address upon agreeing on an appointment to view.

The Florakiez is a rather quiet neighborhood for quiet people. Our apartment will not be rented to somebody looking for party and/or listening to loud music etc.. This is also important to be considerate of our neighbors.

The U- and S-Bahn station Pankow (also including Bus and Trambahn --> U2, S2, S8, M1, 50, M27) is 3 minutes (by foot) away. The subway takes 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and you're even faster in Prenzlauer Berg. Shopping facilities (Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Kaufland, organic food and other small stores) are between 3 and 10 minutes (by foot) away.

Also there are two bigger, nice parks within walking distance (Bürgerpark and Schlosspark).

We're looking for a single (1), calm, tidy and responsible person we can trust with our flat. No couples or WGs. No pets, no smoking.

Rent is 850, - Euro (warm). A caution of 500, - Euro is required in advance.

Appointments to view are around the 15th/16th of September and are only possible after consultation with us and agreeing on a specific time.
