2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete

Tachchen, ich biete meine Wohnung ab dem 02.02.24 bis zum 31.03.24 (wahrscheinlich länger) zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Auf den Bildern sind alle Zimmer bis auf den Flur zu sehen (denke, der‘s jetzt net so wichtig, bietet halt Garderobe und Schuhablage), allerdings im bewohnten Zustand. Soll heißen, wenn du einziehst sieht das Ganze deutlich aufgeräumter und die Schränke leerer aus, sodass auch Stauraum für Dich vorhanden ist.
Der mtl. Preis ist quasi all inclusive: Miete, Strom, Gas, Internet. Dazu käme eine Kaution in Höhe von 750€ welche aber auch über zwei Monate eingezahlt werden kann.
Das Ganze läuft über einen offiziellen Untermieter-Vertrag mit der Gesobau.
Die Wohnung ist 4min vom S/U-Bahnhof Pankow entfernt und liegt an der Berliner Straße, orientiert sich aber nach hinten raus, wodurch es recht ruhig ist. Sie liegt in der Hochparterre, über dem Kellereingang, wodurch es keinen Balkon gibt. Ich bin damals zum Rauchen einfach vor die Haustür gegangen, die Wohnung selbst bleibt bitte rauchfrei.

Hi there, I‘m subletting my apartment starting on the 2nd of February until the 31st (probably longer). The apartment is fully furnished. The pictures show every room except for the hall (thought that‘s not the main attraction but of course you can store your wardrobe and shoes there) in an occupied state which means, when you arrive here, it‘s gonna be tidied up and the cupboards will be empty so you have some storage.
The monthly price is all included: Rent, electricity, gas, wifi. There‘s gonna be an added deposit of 750€ which can be payed over two months.
We‘ll arrange an official subletting-contract via Gesobau.
It takes you 4 minutes by foot to get to the next train station (Pankow).
The apartment is oriented in the back of the building, so it‘s kinda quiet. It‘s below the first level, over the basement entry, so there‘s no balcony unfortunately. Smokers can have a ziggy in front of the bulding, the apartment is smoke-free.
