I am offering a bright furnished cozy 60m2 flat located on Florastraẞe, 3 mins walking distance from S-/U-Bahnhof Pankow, straight at Bus Stop Mühlenstraße.

It is available from Fri 5th April till Fri 19th April 2024 as I am off the city.

The spacious and airy flat with many plants and Wi-Fi consists of living room with a small balcony, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and an entry area. The flat is on the 2nd floor.
There is enough light during the day with windows situated to the west side in the living room and to the east side in the bedroom and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, Bialetti coffee maker and further equipment which is fully at your disposal for cooking or baking. There is a table for two in the kitchen area.
The living room has a sofa and a table with seatings for two that can be used as eating / working space. There is also a sound-system with speakers and a turntable. Please, no noise is allowed. :-)
There is a double-bed (160*200cm) and clothes standers in the bedroom together with an open clothes storage.
The bathroom is equipped with bath / shower hanger, toilet and washing machine.
Bed sheets, towels and toiletries are also prepared for you.

If you wanna ride a bike, feel free to take the one which hangs on the wall in the living room or use Bosu for a workout session.

This is a non-smoking flat (it is allowed to smoke on the balcony), no pets. The flat is available up to 2 person.

Cost of the flat is 500 EUR all-inclusive (=rent, heating, water supply, Wi-Fi, usage of the equipment) for the time period 5th April till 19th April 2024
Deposit of 400 EUR will be taken in advance and given back at the end of the term.
