Our apartment is very large with 90 square meters, has high ceilings, is very bright due to large windows and south orientation, has a piano (for the musicians :)), super nice neighbors, a large terrace, is well connected, is right next to a large number from parks (Bürgerpark, Schlosspark, Schönholzer Heide) and is super cozy.

Slight flexibility in dates with possibility of extension into march.
