31.03.–09.04.2024 – süße & gemütliche Altbauwohnung im ❤️ von Prenzlauer Berg

Wir suchen gerne eine kleine Familie mit Kind. Wir sind ein rauchfreier Bio-Haushalt.

Die Miete beträgt für den Gesamtzeitraum der zwei Wochen vom 31.03. bis 09.04.2024 zusammen mit allem (Warmmiete, Gas, Strom und Internet) 700,- €

Die Unterkunft
Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche und kinderfreundliche 2-Raum-Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg im Helmholz-Kiez. Daher suchen wir bevorzugt eine kleine Familie mit Kind. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (Ost/Südseite 3. Stock) und ruhig (Hinterhof-Lage); sie besitzt 70m² zum wohlfühlen, ist möbliert und besitzt Holzdielen; Es sind zwei Zimmer in einer vollmöblierten authentischen Altbauwohnung: einem Schlaf-Wohnraum mit einem großem Familienbett mit hochwertiger Ökomatratze (180x200), gemütlichen roten Sofa und Schreibtisch; sowie einem Kinderzimmer mit einem Jugendbett bis 12 Jahre (80/180 cm) ….sowie allem was auch kleine Kinder benötigen um glücklich zu sein (allerlei Spielzeug, Kinderbücher, etc.). Wir haben eine süße Küche mit Balkon und einem großes Bad mit Badewanne und WaMa.

Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen: sehr gute Anbindung zu öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln (Ringbahn, M2 zum Alex, M10 zum Hauptbahnhof oder Friedrichshain); sehr angenehme Kiez-Atmosphäre: viele Bars/ Cafés/ etc.; Für Kinder gibt es viele Spielplätz, ein goßartiges Kinder-Mitmach-Museum, einen tollen Park, (alles in Laufnähe), …für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Biomärkte, wem viel daran gelegen sein sollte….aber auch alles andere.

Der Preis umfasst maximal 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind

Anmerkung:
Es handelt sich um eine Privatwohnung und sollte daher auch pfleglich behandelt werden.
Auch unseren sehr netten Nachbarn zuliebe richtet euch bitte an die Hausordnung und haltet euch an die Ruhezeiten. Es ist keine Partywohnung

Apartment

Attention: the apartment is available for the whole period of this period and ONLY for this period! Please do not make a request if you do not want to and cannot rent the flat in this predefined period.

We prefer a small family with infant/child. We are a smoke free organic household.

The rent together with everything (warm rent, gas, electricity and internet) is 700,- €.

The accommodation
We rent our comfortable and child-friendly 2-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg in the Helmholz district. Therefore, we prefer a small family with infant/child. (it doesn't have to, you should just keep in mind that many children's things determine the atmosphere of the apartment :D ) We are a smoke-free organic household. It would be from 31.03.2024 to 09.04.2024. The apartment is very bright (east/south side 3rd floor) and quiet (backyard location); it has 70m² to feel comfortable, is furnished and has sanded wooden floorboards; there are two rooms in a fully furnished authentic old building apartment: a children's room with cot youth bed up to 5-12 years (80/180 cm) and everything that small children need to be happy is available (all kinds of toys, children's books, etc.); and a bedroom with a family bed (180x200), a comfortable sofa and a large desk;
we have a sweet kitchen with gas stove, even with a wonderful little balcony!; otherwise there is a great big bathroom with bath and WaMa; DSL/flatrate is also available

The price includes maximum 2 adults and 1 child

Note:
It is a private home and should therefore be treated with care.
Also for the sake of our very nice neighbours please follow the house rules and keep to the rest periods. It's not a party apartment
