Die Wohnung teilt sich auf in ein Wohnzimmer mit kleiner, offener Küche und der Dachterrasse, daran grenzen der Flur und das Bad an. Zum Hinterhof hin und dadurch sehr, sehr ruhig liegt das Schlafzimmer mit grosser Schrankwand und gemütlichem 180 x 200 cm Bett. Das Bad hat eine begehbare Rainshower-Dusche, italienische Mosaiksteine und ein grosses Waschbecken inkl. breitem Spiegel. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Kühl/Gefrierschrank und einem Waschtrockner. Natürlich auch Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, etc.
Im Mietpreis ist ausserdem WLAN und eine Reinigung ein Mal im Monat enthalten. Lediglich der Strom wird alle 3 Monate separat nach persönlichem Verbrauch abgerechnet.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a typical Berlin house and is built in penthouse style with south-facing terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows (no elevator). Everything is very bright, sunny and totally quiet. You have a magnificent view over the skyline of Berlin.
The apartment is divided into a living room with small, open kitchen and the roof terrace, adjoining the hallway and the bathroom. To the backyard and thus very, very quiet is the bedroom with large wall unit and cozy 180 x 200 cm bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, Italian mosaic tiles and a large sink including a wide mirror. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washer-dryer. Of course also dishes, towels, bed linen, etc.
The rent also includes wifi and cleaning once a month. Only the electricity is charged separately every 3 months according to personal consumption.
