Zwischenmiete Schoene Wohnung in prenzlauer berg /Cosy flat for rent for a couple of weeks

ich werde ein paar wochen nicht in Berlin sein und wurde gerne wahrenddessen meine schoene (nichtraucher) Wohnung vermieten. Am besten fur die gesamte periode, aber schreib mir auch ruhig an falls es nur teilweise past.
Bitte verzeih mir die schlechte Bildern, sieht wirklich viel schoener aus im Echt.
Die Wohnung ist circa 60 m2, hat ein Balkon, internet und alles was mann so braucht. In die nahe von Senefelderplatz.
Es ist ein ruhige Umgebung mit einigen netten Nachbarn, worunter auch zwei Pfarrer. Also nicht wirklich geeignet für "party animals" und mehr für Leute mit ebenso "alten" Hobbys wie mich.
Die Wohnung ist vom 22. September bis zum 17. Oktober zu vermieten. Der gesamte Zeitraum würde 900,- kosten und eine Woche 300,- Euro. Schicken Sie mir eine Nachricht, wenn Sie Fragen haben!

Please forgive the shitty pictures, its like a filter but then the other way around, making it look worse. The apartment is about 60 m2, has a balcony, internet and everything you need and is close to Senefelder platz. Its a calm and quiet building with some lovely neighbours, including two priests. So not really suitable for a party animal and more for people with equally old hobbys like myself.
