This is a fourth floor apartment. There is a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The shower in the bathroom is a huge (I love it). There is plenty of closet space in the bedroom.
The windows in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen face an inner courtyard. The space is quite private as its located in a back wing of a building and is on the top floor, so nobody will be living above you making noise.
Surprisingly, the place gets plenty of light. With the position of the sun, there is a decent amount of natural brightness through the day.
Just about everything you need in the kitchen is there already, including my beloved moccamaster coffee maker (look it up, they’re nice).
The “Nebenkosten” are included in the rent.
The apartment is within a short walking distance from two u-bahn stations: Senefelder Platz and Rosenthaler Platz. Both of those areas have several bars, restaurants, and some supermarkets. Kastanienallee is also extremely close by.
It’s a great area that I personally like better than any other part of central Berlin (and I’ve lived just about everywhere within the ring).
The move-in and move-out dates are a bit flexible.
