Injust moved in and am still making the apparment more cozy, so the pictures are only what i looked like now.
The living room is huge and beautiful. Both other rooms have windows to the back where no street ir other bulding is, so its super quite and lovely. The best thing about the appartment ist that the sun rises there to greet you in the morning :)
The second room is smaller and i use it as a guests sleeping room right now. Could also be used to work here
The flat is only a few stops from alexanderplatz via m4 tram. Loads of cool cafes around cultural happenings around.
I’ll be traveling through January and am subleting for that reason. If the time frame suits you, hmu. Please tell me a bit about yourself, why you want the space and what you are up to in Berlin.
