Ten minutes in tram till Alexander Platz, seven minutes in tram till Eberswalder Strasse and 12 min in tram to Warschauerstrasse. You can walk in 3 Minutes to Friedrichschain Volkspark.
We took the vintage elements of the flat and combined it with modern design and technology. You'll find Internet, a modern american kitchen, a bathroom with new fittings, TV, wooden flooring and quirky features.
The neighborhood is one of the best districts in the whole Berlin.
The quiet, courtyard facing bedroom sleeps 2 and in the big living room area you'll find a sleeping sofa. The mattress and the sleeping sofa are brand new.
