[2 weeks rental] Prenzlauer Berg - big balcony - great location (12min to Alexanderplatz)

Hello Berlin visitors!

I will be out of town and I'm subletting my lovely apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It is located in a quiet residential area, close to M Erich-Weinert-Str. and Sbhf Prenzlauer Allee , from where you can reach Alexanderplatz in 12 min.

The flat has 2 big and bright rooms and a nice, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen and the living room you get to a big balcony (17sqm). There is everything you need (a washing machine, a coffee machine, microwave, a corner bathtub, a huge TV and high-speed internet and a standing desk with a walking pad - great for home office).

The building is quiet with nice neighbours, so no partying and no smoking in the flat, but you can smoke on the balcony.
Supermarkets Netto, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, DM and Rossman are just around the corner. The flat has a great location for reaching all the sights of this wonderful city - Kollwitzkietz, Schönhauser Allee or Eberswalder Str. are ca 10min away by bike, Mauerpark or Alexanderplatz ca. 12min.

It's perfect for one or two quiet people (a couple or friends, max. 2 people).
