In the period between 1.9.2015 and 10.10.2015 (40 days), we are sub-letting a fully furnished beautiful and recently renovated apartment on the very edge of Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow and Weißensee. It has 3 rooms incl. a large living room with a balcony with a view, nice new kitchen, spacious new bathroom with bathtub and window. Bright and typical „Berliner Altbau“ flair with „Dielen + Flügeltüren“. The 3rd floor apartment can be accessed by lift. All together approx. 90 m².
The flat is fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, couch, table, chairs, washing machine, kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher) and equiped with dishes, towels, beddings. Internet/DSL. Toddlers bed on demand. Perfect for a couple with a kid or singles.
The rent for 30 days is 1.100,- EUR and for all 40 days of 1.300,- EUR includes water, electricity (all normal consumption) and Internet. Deposit is 1.000,- EUR (will be immediately returned after the sublease has ended, and everthing is fine). Personal liability insurance is a plus.
No pets allowed. Non-Smoking (but possible on the balcony ;-)
7 minutes walk to S-Bahn Prenzlauerberg, 2 minutes to trams 2, 12, 13 and 0,5 minutes to busses 156, 158. Range of supermarkets within walking distance. Nice and calm neighbourhood, possibilites for kids to play in the hause garden. 10 minutes walk to the trendy Prenzlauerberg cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment is located between the Mauerpark and the Weißensee Park and beach. Very good public transport connections to Alexander Platz (13 min), Hackeschen Höfe, Friedrichstrasse.
There is a nice bakery store directly in the building on the ground floor, so you can get your freshly baked croissant and bread every morning from there.
Cleaning of the apartment:
2 times during your stay there would come a cleaning lady to tidy up the apartment. She would clean around the middle of your stay and at the end of it (90€ in total)
If you are interested, she can come every week (45€ per cleaning session)
