40 m2 apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg available for 2 weeks - Saturday 11th July to Saturday 25th July. 350 Euros all in. Includes internet and all utilities, such as washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.
The apartment is also available for 3 weeks in August - 5th to the 26th. 500 Euros
No smoking in the apartment! A maximum of 2 people can stay here.
This is my home and I live here with my 5 year old son. I am therefore looking for someone or a couple who will take great care and respect of my home and belongings.
It is a beautiful and very tranquil and relaxing space. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has one large room and one small room, a small kitchen and small bathroom (shower only). There is a single bed in one room and a double mattress in the larger room. The apartment has wonderful views overlooking a large nature reserve and forest and so one has the feeling of being out of the city, when in fact you are only approximately a 7 minute walk from Alexanderplatz.
