Looking for new roommate starting in September.
Location is in Prenzlauer Berg, extremely close to the S-bahn/Greifswalder str. and a 2 min. walk to M10 and M4 on Greifswalder / Danziger str. Also a very short walk from Kasiers. Flat is on Eugen-Schonnhaar Str.
The flat is large at a 109 Square meters on the ground floor and has lots of open space high ceilings. There is some furniture but more is always welcome. The available room is also large at around 25 square meters. Bathroom is shared w/washing machine, Spacious kitchen with table for two, and a large living room.
Price is at 612 Euro per month which includes all bills. This would be for 6 months possibliy longer.
You would be sharing the flat with Danielle and her lovely little dog Judy who is a very well behaved little dog who loves to snuggle.
Essentially I am trying to find someone to take over my lease. As I am moving out of the country.
As mentioned this flat is extremely close to the tram and S-bahn
