The apartment is individually furnished, very bright and spacious (119 m²). It is ideal for 2-4 people. All original features of the apartment have been maintained while it is very modern and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with fireplace. The current living room can host 2 further guests on a sleeping couch. Towels and bed sheets can be provided. The bathroom is quite chic and offers a rain shower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a comfortable bedroom with double bed, writing desk and lots of wardrobe space. An additional room can be used as a room for kids, study or guest room- it is currently fitted with a wardrobe and bunk bed. A highlight are the 3 balconies which allow you to spend lots of time outside and enjoy the summer in Berlin. There is a lovely garden to the back. Sitting on the balcony you really feel far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
