beautiful bright apartment SHORT TERM Prenzlauer Berg

I am renting out my beautiful and bright apartment in a really nice neighborhood in Prenzlauer Berg.

The apartment is freshly renovated, has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a little seating area. The bathroom has a shower.

The living room is around 20sqm, has a little balcony (2sqm) and is the walk-through to the big bedroom ( around 25sqm).
There is a vacuumer for you to use.

There will be a large closet for you in the bedroom and storage in the bathroom and kitchen, otherwise you can use everything in the apartment. The sofa is brand new and the furniture is all hand-picked, a lot is vintage and very close to my heart, that's why there's a Kaution of 1000€.

You can easily find a spot to park your car outside, however it's paid parking Monday - Saturday.
The internet is really good in the whole apartment.
I don't own a TV.

The building has a yard where you can safely park your bikes, etc.

I eat vegan, if you wouldn't cook meat in the house, that would be an extra bonus for me. :)
I like to have good and friendly energy in the apartment, someone who is neat, quiet and careful with my belongings. no pets or parties allowed.

I will ask you to pay an extra 50€ to cover a professional house cleaner.
