I'm subletting my apartment. It's got two big rooms, a separate kitchen, a balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub, which I love. I work from home so the apartment is equipped with a nice home office set up. I love cooking so there are tons of kitchen equipment you can use for cooking. The living room also has a sofa bed that is super comfortable to watch movies or play video games. I have a portable table that I usually use to work while sitting on the couch. The bedroom is big with a double bed, it is big enough if you want to lay your mattress there and do yoga from in the bedroom. There's a small common backyard that people use to grill and get together.
The apartment is located near Kurt-Schumacher-Platz. U6 and buses are just 4-5 minutes away. The S26 and S25 are a 12-15 minute. For daily shopping, there are stores like EDEKA, Rewe, Kaufland, and some Turkish shops within 10-15 minutes. There are at least 3 späti within less than 5 minutes walking. There is gym that I usually go to with only 3 bus stops. There are nice restaurant around here where I like to get a delivery and/or takeout from.
What I like most around here is the nature, flughafensee is within walkable distance, there are also a lot of green area nearby. If you like running, there is a track also within 5 minutes, also used for foodball games.
As this is an old building, party is not allowed because it can bother the surrounding. I’ve had dinner parties and get together so you can still invite your friends over, just be respectful to the surrounding as well as the apartment.
