I will be away on vacation for 3-6 months and am looking for a responsible and reliable tenant to sublet the apartment during that time. There is also a very high chance that the person/people are also able to take over the apartment long term in the very near future. It's important to me to find someone trustworthy to take care of the apartment and respect my belongings.
As soon as you step into our cozy and inviting space, you'll feel right at home. It's warm and peaceful, with a relaxing atmosphere that will help you unwind after a long day. The apartment is very bright, sunrise in the bedroom (Back), Sunset on the balcony (front).
The apartment is fully furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, plush bedding, a bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook up a storm. The living room is bright and spacious, providing the perfect space to kick back and relax.
The large balcony is an added highlight, featuring a wood burner and grill that's perfect for summer nights and entertaining. It's also anexcellent spot to take in the beautiful views of the neighborhood.
The apartment comes fully furnished. Please also be aware that dogs live here with me currently so if you are allergic, don't apply.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect short-term getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The X33 Bus is close as well as the 125, which takes you to either the U8 or U6. Super well connected.
