UNTERMIETE wegen Auslandsaufenthalt an vorzugsweise 1 Person - nicht WG tauglich!
Mietbeginn zwischen 22.2 und 1.3. Nach Bedarf; bis 31.5. (Ggf. Verlängerung um 2 Wochen mögl.)
Wegen verfrühter Abreise Besichtigung nur Di, 13.2. (Wohnung ab dann verfügbar, aber paar Tage für Admin)

Wohnung: ruhige, sehr helle Wohnung mit großem Schlafzimmer (mit Arbeitsbereich) und offener Wohnküche in Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Balkon (Süd-West)

WICHTIG: dies ist eine vollmöblierte Untermiete wegen eines Auslandsaufenthaltes. Mein Hausstand befindet sich dementsprechend in der Wohnung, Geschirr, Handtücher etc. verfügbar; aber auch Bücher, Spiele etc.. Kleiderstange & -kommode wird selbstverständlich geräumt (und Arbeitsbereich, Wohnzimmerkommode) :) (und dafür ein paar Kisten in der Ecke/Abstellkammer)
Ich untervermiete die Wohnung zum Kostenpreis, zusammengesetzt aus Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas

Allgemein:
- ruhig: Hinterhaus
- Hell: 3. Stock von 3 zum Innenhof, hoher Altbau, knapp 4m Deckenhöhe
- Angenehme & stabile Hausgemeinschaft: restliche Wohnung Eigentum
- Gemütlich: Dielenboden in gesamter Wohnung (außer Bad), Kamin, vollmöbliert

Räume:
- großes Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 Bett & Emma Matratze, Arbeitsbereich (höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch)
- offene Wohnzimmer/Wohnküche mit Kamin, Esstisch, Keyboard, voll eingerichtete Küche (Elektroherd, Spülmaschine, Wasser- und Reiskocher, Geschirr etc.); kein Fernseher - sorry, not sorry ;)
- Bad: Fenster zu Innenhof (Nachbarn können nicht reinschauen), Badewanne, Waschmaschine, klein aber fein.

SUBTLET due to a stay abroad to preferably 1 person - not suitable for shared apartments! Rental starts between February 22nd and March 1st. As needed; until 31.5. (If necessary, extension by 2 weeks possible.)
Due to early departure, viewing only Tuesday, February 13th. (Apartment available from then on, but a few days for admin)

Apartment: quiet, very bright apartment with large bedroom and open kitchen-living room in living room with fireplace and balcony (south-west)
IMPORTANT: this is a fully furnished sublet due to a stay abroad. My household items are accordingly in the apartment, dishes, towels, etc. available; but also books, games etc.. The clothes rail and chest of drawers are of course cleared away (and work area, living room chest of drawers) :) (and a few boxes in the corner/storage room) I sublet the apartment at the cost price, consisting of basic rent, additional costs, electricity, gas

Generally:
- quiet: back building - Bright: 3rd floor of 3 facing the inner courtyard, high old building, almost 4m ceiling height - Pleasant & stable house community
- Cozy: wooden floors throughout the apartment (except bathroom), fireplace, fully furnished

Rooms:
- large bedroom with 1.40 bed & Emma mattress, work area (height-adjustable desk)
- open living room/kitchen-living room with fireplace, dining table, keyboard, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, water and rice cooker, dishes, etc.); no TV - sorry, not sorry ;)
- Bathroom: window to the inner courtyard (neighbors can't see in), bathtub, washing machine, small but nice.
