TAUSCHEN AUCH GESUCHT!

Hallo liebe Suchenden,

wir (Sabrina, Deutsche, 32, vor kurzem mit meinem Psychologie-Studium fertig geworden, und John, 25, aus California US, Produktionsassistent) wohnen in Schöneberg/ Potsdamer Strasse/Ecke Bülowstrasse, in einer Altbauwohnung im 4. Stock. Die Wohnung ist ca. 85 qm groß mit insg. 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad, kleine Abstellkammer.
Das große Zimmer mit ca. 24 qm ist sehr hell, mittags und abends scheint die Sonne rein, zudem hat es einen großen Balkon und ist zum Hinterhof gelegen, also sehr ruhig.
Die zwei kleineren Zimmer liegen an der Potsdamer Strasse. Eines ist ca. 16 qm groß, hat große
ovalgeschnittene Balkonfenster mit einem kleinen Balkon, das andere ist ca. 14 qm groß.
Insg. ist die Wohnung schön geschnitten und hell, das große Zimmer hat Dielen, der übrige Wohnungsbereich helles Laminat.

Die Lage ist einfach ideal, "DAS" Zentrum Berlins und super Verkehrsanbindung mit U2 u. U1 direkt vor der Türe. Hier befindet sich alles, was das Herz begehrt: Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Post, Apotheke, Ärzte, Banken ....natürlich ist der Potsdamer Platz sowie die Philharmonie nur 5 min mit dem Bus entfernt, ebenso der Kudamm zum Shoppen, Kreuzberg mit vielen Clubs und Bars. Der Nollendorfplatz - die Gay-Area ist gerad um die Ecke.

Wir suchen eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in (Sehr gerne andere Nationalität), der/die auch die Funktion "DES ZWEITEN HAUPTMIETERS" übernehmen kann und zudem offen, locker, tolerant und multikulturell interessiert ist. Wir suchen eher jemanden, der die Wohnung als Rückzugsort ansieht und weniger als Partylocation, vllt. ein Genussmensch, Künstler, Musiker, Denker, Weltenbummler, Filminteressierte, Philanthropen :)
Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG, sondern auch mal was gemeinsam unternehmen, trotzdem unabhängig sein :)

Wir sind "auch" offen für Wohnungstauschangebote und suchen in diesem Fall eine kleinere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, möglichst Altbau, vorzugsweise in Schöneberg, aber auch Kreuzberg/Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg, mit getrennten Zimmern, möglichst obere Stockwerke (3. od. 4).

EXCHANGING FLATS ALSO POSSIBLE

We (Sabrina,German, 32, recently finished my degree in psychology, and John, 25, from California U.S., production assistant) live in Schöneberg / Potsdamer Strasse / corner Bülowstrasse, in an old style apartment in the fourth Floor. The apartment is 85 sqm with a total of 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, small storage room.
The large room with about 24 sqm is very bright, noon and evening, the sun shines in, it also has a large balcony and is located to the backyard, so very quiet.
The two smaller rooms are located at the Potsdamer Strasse. One is about 16 sq.m., has great
oval shaped balcony window with a small balcony, the other is about 14 sqm
Special Features. The flat distribution is nice and bright, the great room has floor boards, the rest of the apartment area bright laminate.

The location is ideal, THE center of Berlin and great transport connections with U2 and U1 directly in front of the door. Here you will find everything you need: Supermarket, post office, pharmacy, doctors, banks .... of course, the Potsdamer Platz and the Philharmonic only 5 minutes away by bus, just as the Kurfürstendamm for shopping, Kreuzberg, with many clubs and bars. The Nollendorfplatz - the gay area is straight around the corner.

We are looking for a nice (Foreigners more than welcome :), to enrich our international environment) flatmate (f ,m), who can also take over the function of the "SECONDARY MAIN TENANT", that means who can also take the responsibility for the hole appartment contract starting from the 1st of april. We are looking for someone who is also an open, relaxed, tolerant and multicultural person. We are looking for someone who sees home as what it is, rather than as a party location, probably a bon vivant, artist, musician, world traveler, film lover, philanthropist :)
We do not want a cold-boring environment instead we will like to share mutual interests,cooking,daily storie and more. Peace and personal space however remains as a must for us
