The apartment offers a separate bathroom/toilet, kitchen, main/front room and an entry hall. Storage room available in the entry hall. The kitchen offers a cooker and oven, washing machine & fridge and small freezer as well as basic cooking & kitchen equipment. Central heating is controlled directly in each room.

This apartment is partially furnished with a sofa-bed, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, floor & table lamps, extension leads, clothes horse, table with 2 chairs, laundry basket, curtains, mirror and other practical items are offered. (A full inventory list will be given to the new tenant)

There is a French/Juliet balcony off the main room with large balcony windows/doors making the flat light and airy. The apartment is south-west facing which means the flat will be nice and sunny in the afternoons and will be bright and light over winter. Located on the 4th floor. No lift available.

The apartment has laminate floor boards and 3 large balcony doors giving the room space and light. I am looking for someone who will look after the apartment and the items provided for use, and to treat it with care.

Please note: The offer is 700euros/month for the apartment, all bills are extra and will need to be paid by the tenant. e.g. electricity, phone, internet, radio etc (last tenant stated cost was 70/month) In addition the new tenant will be required to purchase insurance to cover any problems due to the fault of the tenant e.g. flooding. this can usually be found at an annual cost of 40euros/year.
