Ich vermiete meine hübsche 2 Zimmer Wohnung, welche sich im Bezirk Treptow ruhig gelegen zwischen der Berliner Spree (300m) und der großzügigen grünen Oase der Wuhlheide befindet. An der Spree kann man in Strandkörben oder im Kranen Kaffee sitzen und in der Wuhlheide wunderbar Joggen und Spazieren gehen. Aber die Berliner Szene Bezirk Friedrichshain und Neukölln sind mit dem Car Sharing innerhalb von 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen oder auch mit Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Hier habt ihr unzähligen Bars und Restaurants sowie. Das Car Sharing liegt hier direkt im Geschäftsgebiet, weil die HTW fußläufig in der Nähe liegt. Es gibt übrigens auch Elektroladesäulen vor der Tür. Die TRAM ist direkt vor der Tür und die S-Bahn ist 7 Minuten Fahrtweg mit der TRAM erreichbar. Hier könnt ihr sowohl über den S-Schöneweide die S-Bahn oder den Regio nehmen. Der Regio ist innerhalb von 7 Minuten am Ostkreuz. Auch der S-Karlshorst ist mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar.

I am renting out my nice 2-room apartment, which is located in the Treptow district in a quiet location between the Berlin Spree (300m) and the spacious green oasis of the Wuhlheide. On the Spree you can sit in beach chairs or in the Kranen Kaffee and go jogging and walking in the Wuhlheide. But Berlin's trendy Friedrichshain and Neukölln districts can be easily reached within 15 minutes by car sharing or by streetcar right outside the door. Here you have countless bars and restaurants as well. Car sharing is located directly in the business district because the HTW is within walking distance. There are also electric charging stations on the doorstep. The TRAM is right outside the door and the S-Bahn is a 7-minute ride away on the TRAM. Here you can take either the S-Bahn or the Regio via S-Schöneweide. The Regio is at Ostkreuz within 7 minutes. The S-Karlshorst is also easily accessible by streetcar.

Lust auf Party? Dann bitte nicht in der Wohnung. Fahrt einfach mit dem Car Sharing vor der Tür in 10 Minuten zum Sisyphos oder ins Revier Südost (Griessmühle). Oder in 20-25 Minuten einfach zum Tresor, ins Berghain oder in den KitKat Club ;)

Of course you have enough shopping opportunities, but in the Späti or the bakery right outside the door you can get almost everything.
