We moved away from Germany at the beginning of the year and our rental contract for our Berlin apartment is ending in May so we are looking for new tenants to our 1 bedroom apartment in Spandau starting 1st June 2022. The rental contract is unlimited.
The apartment comes with furniture (kitchen, shelving, eating table and chairs, bed, desk) and appliances (fridge, washing machine, oven, stove) that were bought new a year ago when we moved in and which the next renter should buy for 1000 euros.
The cooking area is part of the living room where the big windows let in a lot of natural light. The living room has a back door as well which goes into a beautiful, large garden outside.
The apartment is located on the north-western side, so there is a lot of sun in the afternoon.
The apartment has a storage room as well where we keep the washing machine and some shelves.
For depositing bulkier items, there is also a big cellar with shelving units installed.
This place is perfect for a couple or a small family. There are two playgrounds next to the building area, parks and the the nice riverside on the Havel.
It's located 5 min away from the bus station, where one can reach Rathaus Spandau with a 10 min bus ride.
From Rathaus Spandau there are plenty of transportation means to the city centre (S-Bahn, U-Bahn as well as a regional train which reaches Alexanderplatz in 20 min)
The apartment is part of a new building complex first opened in 2021. It has a bike cellar too.
Nearest supermarket Lidl is at 5 min walking distance as well as Netto. (8 min)
We can discuss a reasonable amount for you to take over the existing kitchen furniture and appliances when moving in.
The move in date is 01.06.2022.
We are currently away from the apartment so we can organise viewings starting end of April.
