wir vermieten unsere Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Tempelhof ab Februar 2024 bis ca. Dezember 2024 für 1.200 EUR/Monat kalt zur Untermiete . Dieser Preis beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, Internet und Rundfunkgebühren. Strom und Gas werden zusätzlich nach Verbrauch abgerechnet. Wir schätzen dafür ca. 100 - 150 € / Person, je nach Heizverhalten.

Eine Anmeldung für den Mietzeitraum ist möglich, eine Haftpflichtversicherung muss nachgewiesen werden. Die Kaution beträgt 1.400 €, bitte nur Nichtraucher.

Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 qm, ist hell im 4. Stock gelegen und verfügt über zwei Zimmer (eines davon mit Balkon), jedes mit separatem Zugang. Weiter gibt es eine großzügige Wohnküche mit West-Terrasse und ein Badezimmer mit Dusch-Wanne. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Tisch, Stühlen und Kühlschrank aber ohne weiteres Inventar. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung unmöbliert.

Ein EDEKA ist in 2 Geh-Minuten für den schnellen Einkauf, außerdem sind Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl und Karstadt in Laufweite. Der U-Bahnhof Alt-Tempelhof mit der Nord-Süd Linie U6 in ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar, die S-Bahn "Ringbahn" in 7 Minuten. Eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich der Bose-Park mit zwei Spielplätzen, in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man das riesige Areal des Tempelhofer Feldes.

We are subletting our two-room apartment in Tempelhof from February 2024 to around December 2024, for 1,200 EUR/month cold. This price includes all additional costs, internet and broadcasting fees. Electricity and gas are additionally billed, based on consumption. We estimate around 100 - 150 € / person.

Registration is possible for the rental period; proof of liability insurance must be provided. The deposit is €1,400, non-smokers only please.

The apartment has around 95 square meters, is brightly located on the 4th floor and has two rooms (one of them with a balcony). Each room has a separate entrance. Further there is a spacious kitchen-living room with a west-facing terrace and a bathroom with a shower tray. The kitchen is equipped with a table, chairs and refrigerator but no other inventory. Otherwise the apartment is unfurnished.

An EDEKA is a 2-minute walk away for quick shopping, and Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl and Karstadt are also within walking distance. The Alt-Tempelhof subway station with the north-south line U6 can be reached in 3 minutes, the S-Bahn "Ringbahn" in 7 minutes. One minute from the apartment is the Bose Park with two playgrounds, and in about 10 minutes you can reach the huge Tempelhofer Feld area.
