The apartment is located in Hansaviertel, in a quiet building. The U-Bahn (Hansaplatz) and the S-Bahn (Bellevue) are at max 5 minutes walk. Rewe is also minutes away and Tiergarten Park is around the corner.
It is fully furnished (Internet, TV, Kitchen amenities, Washing machine, Dishwasher, etc.). It is a comfy and bright apartment with a balcony.
We are looking for a clean and quiet person.

The duration of the sublease will be 6 months starting from 15th April or 1st Mai.

In respect to our neighbors, mostly pensioners, who are very nice, we are looking for those who are not looking to host parties or loud gatherings at home. So if you want to listen to loud music or expect to have regular visits from friends, this probably won't be a good option for you.

This is our cozy and safe space, we are hoping to find someone to take care of it and enjoy the peaceful space.
