We are going on vacations and are renting our nice appartment from April 12 (ready from early am) until May 5.

In the flat, there is one sleeping room with a very nice large bed (180x200), a large (!) living room, a children room incl 2 beds for children, bathroom and a guest bathroom. We do have wireless Internet that you can use and a TV incl Netflix.

The rent for 21 days is 1.150,- €, and there is everything included. There will be a caution value applied (1.000,- €) that will be fully returned to you when you leave the house. Unfortunately smoking and pets are not allowed.

You can take a 2min walk to the Bus Station at Klingerstrasse, and take the Metro to all directions. In the apartment you will find everything you need for sleeping and cooking. You will have the apartment all by yourself. The appartment is BEAUTIFUL and very bright, since it's on attic floor, there is also a loggia with 12qm, and 2 balconys.


Lage

The appartment is located in Alt Treptow, in the greenest area of central Berlin. It is nice & quite, but very close to charming Wrangelkiez area with its little sell-everything shops (called Spätis). You can find lovely cafes and shops and Bars in that area, with plenty of good places to eat. A supermarket is located only 2min walking distance from appartment.
