## Zimmer zu vermieten in wg- Renting out one room in a Shared flat ##

Wir wohnen zurzeit zu zweit in der Wohnung sind allerdings selber nicht in der Wohnung zu dem Zeitpunkt da wir Reisen, diese ist 110 m2 groß. Zwei große Schlafzimmer, beide sind 30 m2, sind verbunden durch eine Flügeltüre die zugemacht werden kann, das Zimmer das wir hier vermieten hat einen Balkon. Dazu kommt ein kleines Zimmer zum Hinterhof, dieses verfügt auch noch über ein Hochbett, da wohnt zu dem Zeitpunkt eine Person, Sie ist eine Freundin von uns und ist auch bis Mai zum Arbeiten in Berlin, dazu können wir gerne mehr infos auch noch geben im direkten Gespräch. Die zweite Person ist männlich und aus Australien . Zu den Zimmern dazu kommen ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, Abstellraum und Bad mit Badewanne.

Wir vermieten das große Zimmer in der Wohnung ab Februar für 3 Monate an eine einzelperson . Da wir alle Sachen hier lassen wünschen wir uns natürlich Personen, die Verantwortungsvoll damit umgehen, auch das Haus ist eine schöne Gemeinschaft, in welche auch Freunde von uns wohnen, daher ist ein respektvoller Umgang, auch im Haus, eine Voraussetzung.

Der Preis des Zimmers beträgt 600 Euro im Monat.

Besichtigungen können vereinbart werden.

We are renting the large room in the apartment to a single person for 3 months from February. Since we are leaving all the things here, we naturally want people who treat them responsibly. The house is also a nice community in which friends of ours also live, so respectful treatment, also in the house, is a prerequisite.
