Room available on top floor apartment in Wedding, close to U-Bahn (Leopoldplatz & Seestr.) with selection of supermarkets and bars around and a 10 minute walk away from Berlin's first public park, Schillerpark.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment with sky light, renovated bathroom, and seemingly original kitchen that has charm. You'd be living with Sophie and Chinta, two women both working in creative industries, AND Sophie's gorgeous dog Kiwi.

Applicant *must* be able to take over contract for main tenancy and meet contract requirements ie: SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) and have a 40 hr work week to meet income requirements. PLEASE do not send a message unless you can take over the tenancy by the end of the month. Exact deposit in conversation.

Room has big balcony and lots of light.

We'd love to live with another lady who loves dogs and would be available to dog sit and lovingly share some pet responsibilities.

Apartment is kept to the standard of the photographs.
