Hallo zusammen! Bin Grace ! ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin! Das Zimmer ist ab dem 05.01 frei, Anmeldung ist möglich! Ich suche jemanden mit der wir zusammen einen Bier trinken, kochen , ich kenne auch schlechte Scherze . Für mich sind am wichtigsten Respekt,Freundlichkeit, und Sauberkeit (aslo Sauberkeit ist ganz wichtig haha). Bisschen über mich : ich studiere Momentan, deshalb verbringe viel zeit in meinem Zimmer und lerne, wenn ich Freizeit habe ,genieße ich die Sonne ( falls es gibt , berlin🥲) , einfach zum parks gehen und chillen, ich liebe es neue cafes und Restaurants zu entdecken und viel mehr . Die Wohnung : voll möbliert, Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Schrank. Es gibt Heizung, wlan, die Küche beinhaltet alles was man braucht.location: die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ziemlich zentral gelegen. Ku’damm ist 20min zu fuß , U7 2 min , U3 10 min zu fuß. Rewe city ist um die Ecke (das rettet mir das Leben haha) , Netto ist auch 10 min zu fuß. Alnatura 5min zu fuß. Gibt auch Cafés , Restaurants und Apotheken. Ganz in der nah von Wilmersdorfstraße (dort gibt eine große Einkaufszentrum) , es gibt parks überall wo man im Sommer chillen kann. Anmeldung is available!Looking for a long term .generally im looking for someone woth whom we can have a beer together, cook , i also have really terrible jokes i can tell 🙂 for me the top priorities are Respect, being friendly and cleanness (cleanness is very very important🙄) . A little about me ,i am a student so most of the day im studying and when im not i love the sun so chilling in parks around berlin is my thing , exploring new restaurants and museums, . The apartment is fully furnished, there is a heater , internet , kitchen fully equipped. The room has a desk , a double bed and a closet . The apartment is quite central. Its located 20 mins by foot from Ku’damm , the U7 is only 2 mins away as well as the U3 only 10 by foot. There is a rewe city just around the corner which saves my life ! There is a netto also 10mins by foot, alnatura is 5mins . All around the street there are many Cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies. Also close by is Wilmersdorfstraße there you have a very big shopping center and a big shopping street ! . There are lots of parks around as well , where one can go and chill in the summer specially.
