The small apartment (approx. 40 square meters) is on the 2nd floor of a listed building. It is flooded with light thanks to the large windows.The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. Because the apartment is located in the courtyard, it is very quiet. One step out the door and you are in the heart of Berlin. We recommend the apartment for 1 person or a couple. There are only curtains in the bedroom.
The apartment is minimalist and chic. Here, modern furnishings meet 3.30-meter-high ceilings, old, golden door handles and thick wooden floors. Because the bathroom and kitchen were only renovated and equipped at the beginning of the year, you don't have to forego any comfort in the old building charm. Right by the window, a sofa invites you to read a book or a magazine with a coffee (also from our shelves).
We only have a very smal refrigerator and no dishwasher.
