Beautiful 2-Room Apartment at the Canal Neukölln

My spacious, super well equipped and comfortable two room apartment is available for rent while I am not in Berlin. It is located at the canal and has the most beautiful sunset views. It is perfect for couples of two friends, but not a WG. Since it is short term, anmeldung is not possible, but I am happy to write a basic contract mentioning our agreement, deposit money and other details to assure both parties. The living room works perfectly as a home office, has a projector screen and a tiny library.

The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you may need, including an espresso machine. Also the biggest spice collection :)

Bedroom is attached to the balcony which overlooks the canal and the bridge. Makes for a wonderful view and hang-out on a sunny day.

Important: I am looking for someone who is very clean, does not throw parties or trash the house. I've put a lot of love and effort and care into my home and would really want someone/people who treat it the same way and think of it as their own home during their stay.

Meine geräumige, super gut ausgestattete und komfortable Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung ist zu vermieten, während ich nicht in Berlin bin. Sie liegt direkt am Kanal und hat den schönsten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist perfekt für Paare oder zwei Freunde, aber nicht für eine WG. Da es sich um eine kurzfristige Vermietung handelt, ist eine Anmeldung nicht möglich, aber ich bin gerne bereit, einen Rahmenvertrag zu schreiben, in dem unsere Vereinbarung, die Kaution und andere Details erwähnt werden, um beide Parteien abzusichern. Das Wohnzimmer eignet sich perfekt als Home-Office, hat eine Projektionsfläche und eine kleine Bibliothek.

Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und hat alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einer Espressomaschine. Auch die größte Gewürzsammlung :)

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit dem Balkon verbunden, der den Kanal und die Brücke überblickt. Macht für eine wunderbare Aussicht und hang-out an einem sonnigen Tag.

Wichtig: Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der sehr sauber ist, keine Partys schmeißt oder das Haus kaputt macht. Ich habe eine Menge Liebe und Mühe und Pflege in mein Haus und würde wirklich wollen, dass jemand / Leute, die es auf die gleiche Weise zu behandeln und denken, es als ihr eigenes Zuhause während ihres Aufenthalts.
