Looking for a long term flat with 2 bedrooms

Dear landlords,

We are Zhenyu and Lan, two males, 25 and 27 from China. We are searching for a apartment with two separated bedrooms.
The location should be best along S7 or S1, or the west part of the ring S-Bahn, or have a good train connection within the ring, and at maximal price 1000€. The expected moving time is 1st April.

Zhenyu will be a business intelligence intern from first of April, and I am currently a computer science student in Hasso Plattner Institut. Both of us have the monthly income, so we are able to pay the fee on time.

I just start my Ph.D., so we want to rent a long term flat.

Plus, we are frequent cleaners and have no pets. We are both non-smokers, and not home party makers, so there will be not many visitors.
