4 people for a beautiful xberg apt! (approx. july25-aug22)

Spend your holidays in a beautiful and quiet apartment situated just minutes from Kreuzberg's downtown happening area! We are going on holiday for a month (exact dates are July 25 - August 22) and are offering our beautiful, modern, artistic and wonderfully located apartment for rent! Our apartment is a two floor, recently renovated apartment with all accommodations. Beautiful wood floors, balcony with table, chairs and a great view of the sunset, big clean bathroom with bathtub, sheets and towels, hammock and a fully stocked kitchen! Sleeps up to 4 people very comfortably. It would be perfect for 2 couples on vacation or a family of 4.

We are located between Treptower Park and Gorlitzer Park making us in an ideal location. Just a 10 minute walk from a downtown happening area full of bars, restaurants, galleries, parks and even a pool! However because we are next to a park it is in a very private, green and quiet neighborhood. Just a 20 minute train ride to the center of Berlin for tourist attractions.

Stay with 4 people and enjoy Berlin for one month from a beautiful place that will cost you less then any hotel or hostel! This apartment is very dear to us and we hope to rent it to people who will love it just as much as we do!

Our going away dates are July 25 - August 22, however we can be a little flexible with the dates if its not more then +/- 3 days.
