Hallo zusammen :)

Wir vermieten unsere schöne möblierte, vollsanierte ca. 80 qm Altbauwohnung in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg für ca. 3 Wochen vom 7. bis 30.3.2024 aufgrund eines Auslandaufenthalts. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und ist deswegen super ruhig. Sie besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer/Büro und Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und großem, gemütlichem Sofa mit Schlaffunktion, sowie einer zum Wohnzimmer hin halboffener, hochwertig ausgestatteter Küche (mit u.a. einer Geschirrspülmaschine). Zur Küche hin grenzt ein kleiner Balkon an :-) Des Weiteren gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne (und Waschmaschine). Der Preis beläuft sich insgesamt auf 1000 € für die Gesamtzeit und ist für Singles oder einem Pärchen gedacht.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. WLAN ist selbstverständlich dabei und falls du ein Rad hast, kannst du es sicher im Innenhof abstellen. Außerdem kommt die Wohnung mit jeder Menge Pflanzen 🪴:-)

Wir suchen eine Person (oder Pärchen), die verantwortungsbewußt ist, einen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ein Herz für Pflanzen hat und unsere kleine Oase respektvoll und sorgsam behandelt.

🎯 Lage:

Die Wohnung liegt im Prenzlauer Berg, Grenze Pankow und ist ca. 10 Minuten vom Mauerpark entfernt, in der Nähe von Restaurants, Rewe, Tram M50, M13 und M1 und 10 Minuten von der Ringbahn und U-Bahn U2 Schönhauser Allee und S Bornholmer Str. usw. Vor der Wohnung liegt auch ein kleiner Park/ Platz zum Spazieren gehen. Sonntags gibt es im Mauerparkt einen Flohmarkt und am Rewe auch einen Frischemarkt.

🫶Sonstiges
Da es sich bei unserem Haus, um ein sehr ruhiges Haus handelt, sind Partys nicht erlaubt!

Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und ruhig, einige haben junge Kinder, die Nachtruhe nach 22h ist also unbedingt einzuhalten. Rauchen könnt ihr am Balkon, aber natürlich nicht in der Wohnung selbst.

Hello everyone :)

We are renting out our beautiful furnished, fully renovated approx. 80 sqm old fashioned apartment in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg for approx. 3 weeks from 7. to 30.3.2024 due to a stay abroad. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, faces the courtyard, and is therefore super quiet. It consists of a large bedroom/office and living room with dining table and large, cozy sofa with sleeping function, as well as a semi-open to the living room, high-quality equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, among other things). A small balcony adjoins the kitchen :-) There is also a bathroom with bathtub (and washing machine). The total price is 1000 € for the entire time and is intended for singles or a couple.

The apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard. WLAN is of course included and if you have a bike, you can park it safely in the courtyard. The apartment also comes with lots of plants 🪴:-)

We are looking for a person (or couple) who is responsible, attaches great importance to cleanliness, has a heart for plants and treats our little oasis with respect and care.

🎯 Location:

The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg, border Pankow and is about 10 minutes from Mauerpark, close to restaurants, Rewe, streetcar M50, M13 and M1 and 10 minutes from the Ringbahn and subway U2 Schönhauser Allee and S Bornholmer Str. etc. In front of the apartment is also a small park / square for walking. On Sundays, there is a flea market in Mauerpark and a fresh market at Rewe.

🫶 Miscellaneous
Since our house is a very quiet house, parties are not allowed!

Our neighbors are very friendly and quiet, some have young children, so the silent hours after 10 pm must be kept. You can smoke on the balcony, but of course not in the apartment itself.
