My flat in Kruezberg, Graefekiez, close to Hermanplatz, is available from the 1st of October for 1 year with the possibility of extension till 2-3 years :)
It is situated in front of the Hasenheide park, 2 min from Graefestraße , which is offering a lot of restaurants and bars, farmers and antiquities markets on Tuesday and Friday and many things going on around the area.
It's a very sunny and fully furnished 2-room apartment with balcony and elevator.
There is a hallway with plenty of storage space, a small kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. In the courtyard there is plenty of space to lock your bike and it is facing an internal courtyard.
All costs as internet, electricity, heating, warm-water are included.
The location in front of Hesenheide park is great, with many supermarkets within a 4 min walk and a 24h Späti just 1 min away.
There is bars and restaurants around the area offering all kinds of food and on Tuesdays and Fridays there is the farmers and antiquities market in Maybachufer, 10 minutes away.
Public transport is within a 2 min walk (M41) or 5 minutes away U-Bahn lines (U8-U7).
I‘m available for viewings from the 30th oif August till max. the 17th of September.
