We are looking for someone to sublet our completely furnished 3 room apartment from the 1st of March 2022 until the end of February 2023. We love this flat, but are we academics spending a year abroad. It would be ideal for a couple or single person but it could be shared by two flatmates.
The apartment has a bedroom, office (can be converted to another bedroom), open kitchen / living room / dining space with large windows and a lot of natural light. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There is a balcony that looks out over a common space between another building. There is a shared washer/dryer for the building and a basement storage space.
The apartment is located in the calm yet central neighborhood of Länggasse. It is located 4-5 minutes away by foot from both the Unitobler and Von Roll campuses of the University of Bern as well as grocery stores. The bus stop is 2 minutes by foot from our door that takes you to the city center directly. The forest is 3 minutes by foot from our door and very accessible for nature lovers or runners, walkers, bikers etc.
