Spacious central apartment available for a limited period FEMALE only

I can't answer any e-mails / show my flat between 16th - 23rd July.

While I am on a sabbatical, I am making my cozy and central but yet quiet apartment available for rent.

The apartment is located next to the Rhine in Beuel Mitte, with walking distance to the city center, bars, restaurants and supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka). Within 5 minutes you reach Konrad Adenauer Platz for public transportation. A tram brings you to Bonn Central Station within 10 minutes.

The apartment has two big rooms, a big balcony, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Also you are allowed to use the garden.

Wi-Fi is included in the price. Also you can use my towels and kitchen supplies. I provide freshly washed bedsheets. All you need to bring is food, clothes and toiletries.

I am looking for a FEMALE clean non-smoker that wants to stay for the whole period or at least 10 months.

A washing machine is located in the basement. It takes D-Mark. You need to change Euros into D-Mark to use it. The janitor provides this service. Also the stairwell is cleaned once per week, so you don't need to worry about that.

The extra costs I have listet include internet and electricity. There won't be any additional costs.
