Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und ist ca. 55 m² groß. Sie verfügt über ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer mit einer Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmern (10 und 15 m²), einem renovierten Badezimmer mit Fenster und einem Wohnungsflur. Die hellen Zimmer haben große Fenster, Laminatboden und eines der Schlafzimmer Fenster mit Waldblick.

A renovated apartment for interested students or young couples is to be rented out. It is a bright 3-room apartment in a quiet but central location in Bonn-Ippendorf.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is approx. 55 m² in size. It has a large and bright living room with eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms (10 and 15 m²), a renovated bathroom with window and a hallway. The bright rooms have large windows, laminate flooring and one of the bedrooms has windows with a view of the forest.
There is a communal garden that can be used.

On the ground floor there is a laundry room for washing machines.

There are public and free parking spaces along the street in front of the house.

The apartment can be used as a shared apartment, so that the rent including additional costs can be divided between the two flatmates.
