My time in Bonn and this wonderful house is about to come to an end. I lived in this house for 5 years and now I'm looking for a new person to move in.
It is a beautiful old house in the Bonn, Südstadt. The apartment is 65 meter square big. The bedroom (ca. 15 meter square) is located in 2nd floor with a big window facing east.
You will also have a large living room (furnished) with a small balcony that has a beautiful view of one of the famous streets in Bonn. Next to the living room is the kitchen with a dishwasher. The refrigerator is pretty big and you won't have to worry about the space for your food.
You will be just 2-3 minutes away from Weber Strasse station. Tram lines 61 and 62 go to Bonn Hbf (4 minutes) and also towards Kessenich. If you prefer walking to Bonn Hbf, it is a nice 10-12 mins walk through Popplesdorf Allee. REWE and Edeka are just around the corner (2 mins). Except these, anything you need is within walking distance.
You'll share the apartment with a very good friend of mine who works in Rohmühle as a cook. His room is on the attic and yours will be in the same floor as the kitchen and living room. He's nice and friendly and is home only during the evenings because of his work. City registration is possible as soon as you move in. I'm looking someone who will live in the house for at least 1.5 years/2 years. I prefer someone who's working or is at least a masters student. The entire apartment is fully furnished but I might take away few stuffs including furniture when I move out. You might also have to pay (just a little) for some furniture I might leave here. Fine with that? In case you have a guest, you can use the sofa bed in the living room. No pets please. Please write to me for more details.
