I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment and I would like to make a furniture take-over. Ideal for those not owning any furniture that want a ready-to-enter house.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a fairly new building in front of the Opera house.
Entering the apartment you find a hall with a big closet that distribures to the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. From the living room you access the bedroom. The living room is huge, with large windows so it is very bright, getting sunshine in the afternoons. The kitchen is very comfortable, with two counters and fully equiped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, sink, vitroceramic stoves, fume extractor, various cabinets and small appliances like microwave, toaster, blender, coffe machine and small scale. Also included are dishes, glasses, pans, pots etc. The bathroom is quite big, with a bathtub and the washing machine. The bedroom is cosy and bright with a big window.
The date in the ad is just approximated. I will leave Bonn somewhen in October, but the exact date can be agreeded.
The apartment is in front of the Opera house, next to the Kennedy bridge, right in the center of Bonn and the shoppoing area. There are several supermarkets at walking distance; netto: 8 min., rewe (friedenplatz): 9 min., kaiser: 10 min. There is a bus stop right down in the same street, and Bertha-von-Suttner Platz at 4 minutes walking. Also, you can reach Bonn Hbf in 11 minutes walking.

I would like to make a full furniture take-over. The furniture included is:

The price would be 2900€. It might be negotiable if there is something you do not want, but I would prefer a full furniture take over.
