As I am moving to Cologne beginning of next month, I am looking for a tenant for my apartment in Bonn, City Center near the university (5 minutes walk to the Bonn central station).
The apartment has two rooms measuring around 36 qm - a living room with a kitchen, Bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom.
The Total rent amounts to 450 Euros including Electricity, heating and water charges. 500 Euros of deposit needs to be paid which will be refunded while leaving the apartment.
The existing furnitures to be taken include:
A 3er Sofa (living room), a sofa bed, a queen size bed with mattress, Wardrobe, Wall mirror, and a dinning table with 2 chairs. Electronic applicances include lamps, a 32 Inch Samsung TV with cable, and a washing machine.
I am willing to sell all of the above for a reasonable price of 750 Euros (Non-negotiable).
Please bear in mind, the apartment is on the 4th floor without an Elevator.
