Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert (Möbel neugekauft und 1-3 Jahre alt) und besteht aus zwei bewohnbaren Zimmern: eins inkl. Balkonzugang nach hinten (Z1), eins nach vorne (Z2). Zudem gibt es weiteres kleines Zimmer mit Balkonzugang (Z3), eine mittelgroße Küche (Z4) sowie ein kleines Duschbad (Z5). Es sollten alle Möbel und Gegenstände übernommen werden, detaillierte Aufstellung siehe unten. Einzelne Möbel können nach Absprache alternativ ausgeräumt werden.

Z1: Das Zimmer nach hinten raus und Balkonzugang ist aufgrund einer großen Scheibe und der Fenstertür schön hell, kann aber durch Rollläden ganz abgedunkelt werden. Der Innenhof ist ziemlich ruhig. Der Balkon hat ein Metallgeländer mit daran befestigtem kleinen Tisch, eine Markise und Zugang zum Hausdach. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: 1,40m breites Bett, ergonomischer Bürostuhl, Sofa, großer Kleiderschrank, Lampen.

Z2: Das Zimmer ist das größte und hat nach vorne raus eine große Fensterseite. Das Zimmer besitzt ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, kleiner Kleiderschrank, Stehlampe, Abstelltisch, Teppich.

Z3: Das Zimmer ist mit einem kleinen Holzregal ausgestattet, hat Balkonzugang und ist vielseitig nutzbar.

Z4: Die Küche ist nach vorne raus und beinhaltet u.a. Ofen, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Esstisch und zwei Stühle.

Z5: Duschbad mit Dusche und WC

Zudem gibt es im Keller einen Holzverschlag als Abstellraum und eine eigene Waschmaschine.



The apartment is fully furnished (newly bought 1-3 years ago) and consists of two habitable rooms: one with balcony access to the back (Z1), one to the front (Z2). In addition, there is another small room with balcony access (Z3), a medium-sized kitchen (Z4) and a small shower room (Z5). All furniture should be taken over. Detailed list of furniture and furnishings including prices (included in the total one-off payment) see below. Individual furniture can be alternatively cleared out by arrangement.

Z1: The room to the back and with balcony access is nice and bright due to a large pane and the door, but can be completely darkened by shutters. The courtyard is fairly quiet. The balcony has a metal railing with a small table attached to it, an awning and access to the roof of the house. The room is fully furnished: 1.40m wide bed, ergonomic office chair, sofa, large closet, lamps.

Z2: The room is the largest and has a large window side to the front. The room has a bed, a desk, small closet, floor lamp, storage table, carpet.

Z3: The room is equipped with a small wooden shelf, has balcony access and is versatile.

Z4: Kitchen is to the front and includes oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, dining table and two chairs.

Z5: Shower room with shower and toilet.

In addition, there are a wooden shed in the basement for storage and an exclusive washing machine.
