A recently renovated apartment is available for lease-take over from CAWG company. The apartment includes all appliances such as:

- Toaster and electric kettle
- Cutlery
- Couch
- TV
- Desks and Chairs
- Iron and vacuum cleaner
- Laundry machine
- Beddings
The apartment was renovated in Dec 2019 right before I moved-in in January 2020. The pictures show the apartment when I moved-in. The unit is as clean and tidy as it was the day I moved-in. I have recently moved-out. The contract is with the housing company CAWG. I paid 500 Euros per month plus TV and heat bills. Internet was free. Please contact me at earliest if you would like to take-over the lease.
