The generous 3 room apartment is suitable for 2 people to live in.
The apartment is 64,55 qm2 big and has a daylight proper bath with bathtub and is cut very nicely.
The sunny apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room also has a fully equipped kitchen.

A tidy cellar also belongs to the apartment. The other tenants of the house are kind and
altogether there is a very peaceful atmosphere in the house. However, we also partied from time
to time and no one complained about it.

A lot of international students live in this area.

The apartment is fully furnished and therefore we want some money for the furniture, washing machine, cooking area etc. !

Die gut geschnittene 3- Zimmer- Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend als WG für zwei Personen.
Die Wohnung ist 64,55 qm2 groß und besitzt neben einem kleinen Badezimmer eine großzügig geschnittene Küche, einen Flur von dem eines der zwei Schlafzimmer abgeht und ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer, von dem das weitere etwas kleinere Schlafzimmer abgeht.

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung tagsüber schön hell und ruhig. Die Geräusche der Straße sind bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht wahrzunehmen. Die Wohnung verfügt ebenfalls über einen Keller, welcher gepflegt ist.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist nett und ruhig. Jedoch haben wir auch öfter mal Party gemacht und
es hat niemanden gestört.

Die Wohnung wird möbliert abgegeben. Für die Möbel/ Küche/ Waschmaschine möchten wir eine Übernahmesumme.
