The apartment furnished 2 years ago is ready to move in, a sofa bed, office desk and a desk chair, wall shelf, dining table (living room and kitchen) and 4 dining chairs, an equipped kitchen (contains electrical appliances such as a microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood and refrigerator/freezer), entryway hanger, 1 large mirror, towel rack, washing machine, double bed with drawers underneath, big wardrobe with mirror, standing coat rack, curtains that the new tenant will be taking over. The new tenant will be charged a transfer fee of €3,500 for the existing furniture.
