Die Dachgeschosswohnung eignet sich für eine Person oder ein Paar. Leider ist nicht für eine WG geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer Durchgang für das Schlafzimmer ist. Das Haus ist ein Altbau im guten Zustand. Die Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren saniert und wurde mit einer modernen Einbauküche ausgestattet. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es Parkett als Bodenbelag. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung wird (teil)möbliert gemietet. Dies beinhaltet:
- Einbauküche (mit Ofen, Ceran-Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler)
- Wasserkocher, Teller, Gläser.
- Doppelbett mit Matratze
- Sofa (ausziehbar, auch zum Schlafen geeignet)
- Waschmaschine
- Kleiderschrank (3 Türen)
- 3 Stühle
- 1 Tisch

Sollten die Möbel nicht erwünscht sein, können diese in den Keller gestellt werden.

The flat is suitable for one person or a couple. Unfortunately, it is not suitable as a shared flat as the living room is a passage for the bedroom. The house is an old building in good condition. The apartment was renovated a few years ago and has been equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, which belongs to the owner. In the living room and bedroom there is parquet flooring. The bathroom is new and has a shower.

The apartment is rented (partially) furnished. This includes:
- fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven)
- electric kettle, dishes, glasses
- double bed with mattress
- sofa (can be used as a double bed, too)
- washing machine
- wardrobe (3 doors, with mirror)
- three chairs
- a table

If any of these are not needed, they can be put in the basement.
