Außerdem gibt es einen extra Trockenkeller/Abstellraum. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine Garderobe mit Schuhschrank, durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt.

Die Fenster sind mit elektrischen Rolläden versehen.

The apartment has large windows facing south and is therefore flooded with light. The room climate is very pleasant, in summer it does not get too warm, in winter the apartment does not cool down.
There is central heating, air conditioning is not needed in summer.
The apartment is completely furnished, you only need to bring your personal belongings.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient cooking utensils and crockery.

In the living/bedroom there is a double bed including bed linen, wardrobe as well as another walk-in wardrobe in the hallway, couch set, TV with Internet television, WLAN (both must be registered on your own account).

The bathroom has a floor level shower with glass partition, modern washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
The toilet is separate. Sufficient white towels are available.
There is an ironing board, electric iron, vacuum cleaner and clothes dry rack in the separate storage/drying room.
There is sufficient parking space in front of the house.
A sun terrace is belongs to the appartment and is available for use.
The garden area is regularly maintained.

An ironing service or household cleaning can be arranged on request.

The apartment is located in a quiet, long-established residential area of Erkrath, one of Düsseldorf's localities.
Highway / Autobahn access is close, less than 10 minutes to the A3 and the A 46.

Two commuter train stations (S-Bahn), each only three stops away from Düsseldorf main station, are within walking distance of 5 minutes.
The airports of Düsseldorf (20 minutes) and Cologne-Bonn (30 minutes) are also within narrow distance.

The Ruhr, Cologne and Rheinisch Area on the left and right banks of the Rhine river are not far away.

Erkrath offers all the shopping facilities you require for your daily needs.
The lake of Unterbacher and the nearby Neandertal offer sports and leisure possibilities.
