 I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Flurstrasse, Flingern North, Düsseldorf available from March 18, 2020.

 It's a cute small flat which gets sunlight and you can wake up to the sunny mornings even in the winter :)

2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + attic

4th floor, no elevator

Rent: 440 € (360 cold + 80 utility, the electricity, and internet are not included)
Deposit: 1080 €
Furniture: 1800 € (all furniture including kitchen, so the flat will be ready to move in)

All furniture should be taken over for 1800€ since I also bought most of the big furniture from the previous tenant. You can also consider selling them to the next tenant when you move out.

Furniture details:
The kitchen incl all appliances, stove, oven, washing machine, fridge, extendable table, 4 chairs, shelf.
Big couch (white), end table, armchair with footrest.
160x200 mattress**, wardrobe, drawer, rack, vacuum cleaner, laminate flooring of the attic, etc.
